A 12-year-old child was allegedly gang-raped in the national capital’s Seelampur neighbourhood, and a rod was apparently placed in his privates, according to shocking reports.
However, as there isn’t a government-recognized organisation or commission for men, Swati Maliwal, the head of the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW), took notice of the situation and declared, “In Delhi, not even boys are safe.”According to authorities, the third accused child is being sought for after the other two accused were captured and brought before the Juvenile Justice Board. The little child was allegedly sexually molested by four minors, one of whom is his cousin, according to the Delhi Police. Two of the accused, according to the police, have been caught, but one is still at large.
The DCW chairman requested a thorough action report from the Delhi police by September 28 along with a copy of the FIR.On September 22, the youngster told his parents about the terrible event. The parents alerted the Delhi Police right away. The youngster is seriously ill and has been admitted to the hospital.
The mother alleged that the accused had also used bricks and rods to beat up her son. The boy is being treated in a hospital after telling his parents about the incident on September 22. According to her testimony, a case was filed under section 377 of the Indian Penal Code (which deals with unnatural offences), section 34 (common intention), and the Protection of Children Sexual Offenses Act.
