1ST JOINT CONFERENCE CCDSICON & ODFCON-2023

Clinical Cardio Diabetic Society of India (CCDSI) and Odisha Diabetes Foundation (ODF) hosted their first joint conference at Toshali Sands, Puri.

When there is a shift of major illness from Communicable to Non-communicable Diseases, Cardio-Diabetes spectrum is the focus area for intervention for next few decades. Looking into the  present scenario We can designate our country as the global capital for Heart diseases and Diabetes and more preparations to face the challenges for the physicians is the need of the hour.

In such a junction a platform like “Clinical Cardio-Diabetes Society of India” is a Dream forum to fight out this Pandemic. At Odisha we are starting the fight against the tsunami of Cardio
Diabetic challenge from the first joint conference of ”CCDSI Odisha” and “Odisha Diabetes foundation” from holy city of Puri at the exotic venue of Toshali Sands Resorts on 22nd and 23rd
Clinical Cardio Diabetic Society of India (CCDSI) and Odisha Diabetes Foundation (ODF) hosted their first joint conference at Toshali Sands, Puri.
CCDSI Odisha and ODF have hosted their first joint conference at Toshali Sand resorts, Pun attended by 100 faculties and 500 delegates from all over the country.Prof. Mava Padhi, Dean of SJMC inaugurated the conference and Prof. ANRai founder President and patron, Dr. Anil Virmani National President graced the event as invited guests and Prof. Kaushik Mishra, medical superintendent SJMC joined as guest of honour in inaugural function.

Reputed Faculties from different parts of the countries including Dr. Rajendra Dhumma from Mumbai, Dr. Anita Nambia from Kerala, Arun Kedia from Raipur, Dr. Abhishek Kumar from Patna, Dr. JK Sharma from New Delhi, Dr Abhavasahoo and Dr. Sambit Das trom Bhubaneswar graced the function along with many senior faculties from difterent part of the state. The message given by the conference is to create awareness, educate people and trained the medical fraternity to make India diabetes and heart attack care capital of the world. Dr. Salil Latay singer from Pune Entertain the gathering in the evening by plaving vocal sonata.
An awareness walkathon arranged in the sea beach during the sunrise to make people aware for the lifestvle modification. Dr. M.K. Chhotray, Chairman API Odisha and Dr. Pravat Panda President IMA Odisha were felicitated. The program was managed by Prof. Jayanta Kumar Panda, Prof. KN Padhiary, Prof. P.C. Dash, Dr. Bharat Panigrahi and Dr. Santosh Swain. The next conference was decided to be hosted at Bhubaneswar with the leadership of Dr. S.N. Swain and Dr. Lalatendu Mohanty.
