Under the mandate delivered by the Ministry of Law and Justice today, the Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority (EPCA) has been broken down and supplanted by a commission including more than 20 individuals.

“The statute might be known as the Commission for Air Quality Management In National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Ordinance 2020. The mandate was marked by the President on Wednesday.
