ABINASH SAHU 
Biplab Samantray, the talented and dynamic cricketer of odisha who has brought many laurels for the state. He plays for odisha in Ranji Trophy and also played the Indian Premier League for the Sunrisers Hyderabad. Interview Times had a detailed conversation with him, below are the excerpts,
Q1-What motivates you and how?
ANSWER: My critics motivate me the most, it sounds weird but it’s true. The more they say you, the more effort I put into my practice. I’m not competing with anyone else I’m competing with myself to be the better version every day.
Q2-what is the definition of success for you?
ANSWER: Hard work, nothing else is in our hand except hard work. Work hard and be honest towards your goal, rest everything will be taken care of by itself.
Q3-would you please like you share your best experience from your cricketing career?
ANSWER: So far it’s the IPL & Champions  trophy,  it made me believe that I can compete in that level too. Best days of my career so far.
Q4-what did you like to do in leisure time?
ANSWER: Music and Movies. My favorite pass time, I hear a lot of music.
Q5- As a celebrated cricketer, what will be your message for aspiring cricket players?
ANSWER: Discipline, Dedication and Determination, these three things are must. Dream it & work untiringly towards your goal
Q6-How do you schedule your daily practice?
ANSWER: I’ve a scheduled routine, prepared by my trainer Mr. Amiya Mohanty & I strictly follow that.
Q7- How much important is fitness for you and what exercise you do regularly to keep you fit?
ANSWER: Good fitness can increase the longevity of your career. Fitness is the need of the hour because the amount of cricket we’re playing these days, you’ve to be both mentally & physically fit to survive, as I said earlier, I do stuffs as it’s planned by my trainer Mr. Mohanty.
Q8- What are you future plans in terms of cricket?
ANSWER: Seriously speaking, I’m not bothered about the future, I want to give my everything in this present and let everything to be rested on the almighty.
