The central and various states have come face to face with the Centre’s Cowin portal for vaccination. Along with Chhattisgarh, other Congress-ruled states have joined together against the app. In the coming days, the Chhattisgarh government is preparing to launch a new vaccination portal. In fact, some opposition states are dissatisfied with the Centre’s incentive strategy for the vaccine.
Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also objected to the issue during the election. Some states are reluctant to speak out, but their dissatisfaction is evident.

Chhattisgarh, on the other hand, is preparing to launch its new state-level portal, special sources said. So that the people of the state can register themself separately and the frontline employees can be identified and given vaccine. Recently, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray also wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighting the need for a state-level vaccination app.
