The impact of the deteriorating situation on the corona in India has also been felt in African countries. India has banned the export of vaccines to control corona in its own country. Because of this, African countries are facing a vaccine crisis. A senior Kenyan scientist has warned the world. In his opinion, the lack of vaccines in African countries will increase the risk of infection and spread the super variant of corona all over the world. The super variant will spread all over the world.

Kenya is now completely dependent on the Covax organization. The goal of this world organization is to provide vaccine to all countries. Due to the Covax, African countries received millions of doses of covishield. The vaccine is manufactured by the Serum Institute of India. Kenya has already used all available vaccines. India’s ban on vaccine exports has led to a nationwide shutdown of vaccination campaigns.

According to World Data, less than two percent of Kenya’s population has received a single dose of the Covid-19 vaccine so far. There are also doubts about the vaccine to be available in June through Covax. Kenya has a very small population. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. But the situation in other parts of Africa is even worse than in Kenya.

Dr. Colby warned that the vaccine crisis could lead to the creation of a new super variant. No one is safe until everyone is safe. Hur’s chief of staff, Tedres, also expressed concern over the lack of vaccines.
