Eight IAS officers from the 2022 batch have been assigned an Odisha cadre by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. In 2022, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the Civil Services Examination (CSE), and 179 candidates passed, according to a release issued on Thursday by the ministry’s Department of Personnel and Training.
Eight of these candidates have been assigned to an Odisha cadre. Of them, three are from Odisha, and the remaining ones are from other states. Preksha Agrawal from Uttar Pradesh, Pranita Dash from Odisha, Kasturi Panda from Odisha, Yimkum I Ozukam from Nagaland, Dudhal Akhishek Dilip from Maharashtra, Ashni AL from Kerala, C Saravanan from Tamil Nadu, and Tejaswini Behera from Odisha are the IAS officers of the Odisha cadre.
Similarly, Durga Prasad Adhikary and Sushree Suvangi Khuntia of Odisha have been allocated Chhattisgarh and Tamil Nadu cadres, the release stated.
