School & Mass Education Minister Inaugurates Training Programme For OES Officers

On Monday, a 16-day capacity-building training program got underway to help the newly hired Odisha Education Service (OES) personnel make the state’s educational system more dynamic. The training will be given to up to 160 OES officers hired by the Department of School & Mass Education in two batches.

The first part of this training program, which began at the Madhusudan Das Regional Academy of Financial Management in Bhubaneswar and will last till August 8, is now being completed by 80 officers. The Odisha School Education Initiative Authority is running the initiative. Minister of School and Mass Education Sudam Marndi officially launched the training program.

The Minister gave the new hires good luck in their future endeavours and counselled them to strive assiduously for the sector’s development. Aswathy S., one of the newly appointed officials, was welcomed by Secretary S&ME Department, who noted that everyone must work together to advance the state’s educational system. She reaffirmed the department’s support in the event that the cops falter while making an honest and sincere effort.

The participants in the training camp will get instruction in various subjects relevant to their jobs as well as field trips to the offices of District Education Officers and Block Education Officers. The curriculum also evaluates the officers’ readiness to take on various jobs, go to significant locations, and engage in trekking.
