INTRODUCTION

In the work sector, healthy competition is needed to balance between workers and the achievements of a team as a whole. Teamwork is the key to success in every sector. It depends on the leader of a team to maintain an equilibrium between workers. A unit is comprised of so many factors. An individual is the core of a company. But collaboration is required to work as a team instead of fragmentation. Individuals should perform unitedly as a team to conquer the obstruction. Though competition is needed to excel in a cohesive way to improve the work excellence of the team members, the leaders should not treat each other as rivals. Let’s discuss various ways to follow in a company to evade unnecessary competition between team members.

Discussion

In a rat race, our lives in the corporate sector are changing invariably. All employees want to chase an infinite goal by crushing their fellow workers. They, have to overcome extreme work pressure in their corporate lives. They don’t know how to work as a team. They madly pursue individualism and create tensions among themselves to increase differences of opinion. So leaders should invest in healthy policies in the workplace to spur motivating goals for the workers.
Facilitate Competition Among Teams.
A working sector should be considered and cherished as a suitable channel to reach the goal at the end. Competition must not be encouraged to create fights between individuals. Teams should be given special incentives after achieving the desired outcome. A leader need not motivate an individual worker to engage in severe competition to attain success in a company. Rather teamwork should be augmented by the leaders of a farm to extract the results from the employees as a unit. Individualism always promotes a clash of ideals. Rather companies should cultivate collective efforts to foster challenges between teams not among particular workers.

Setting up Bars
There should be a certain level of excellence in a company. A leader or the head of the unit must set a scoreboard for maintaining points in different categories. For e.g. the employees perform well or badly in sales numbers and marketing strategies. So points should be given according to their productive skills. Every day they face stiff competition to accomplish their respective projects. So healthy communication between the team leaders and the employees will boost their confidence to achieve the aim of the enterprise.

Providing Incentives
This is a major factor that can be instrumental in deriving changes… The incentive can be a catalyst if it is rendered at the right moment to boost the morale of the workers. Initiatives can create so many changes in improving the skills of employees.

Bringing Contests
Companies can reveal so many contests to intensify interests among team members to reach their targets. Companies also hold recreational activities to attract their workers. Even after winning a goal on a team basis, they are allowed to hit so many visiting places as the winners of the respective contests.

Importance of Teamwork
Teamwork is an essential part of reaching the goal. The efficiency of the employees will improve through teamwork. Nowadays all jobs are getting target oriented. Teamwork can bridge the gap between aspiring goals and the struggles. After reaching the goals the employees get desired incentives with self-contentment. Through teamwork, workers can develop creative ideas to attract customers. In a company, the leader should celebrate the success of a team. They should not pamper one individual employee who is stellar in all contests. A company should invest its energies in mass production which will enhance the growth of the employee.
“Team competitions improve productivity in the Workplace” , Hubgets.
So teamwork improves the growth of a sector by creating energy and enthusiasm in a passive worker. Through competitive surroundings, the staffs motivate each other to reach the end. They build a sense of confidence in themselves by eluding personal differences. At the end of the day, it becomes a harbinger of the growth of the company. The team members try to overcome the hassles to win the show at last. Even the egoistic employee of the factory leaves his ego to shine and make history for the collective purpose of a group. Collaboration and teamwork help to eradicate the communication gap between workers.

Setting Limitations
Leaders should encourage their staff to set limits for maintaining a competitive attitude. The extreme rivalry between employees creates a toxic environment for the growth and development of a sector. Rather they should keep aside their egos for balancing a healthy competition. So leaders must create a stress-free ambiance in a unit to avoid overwork. Extreme work pressure often tends to the breakdown of mental health and creates so many issues. Constant criticism of the leaders make a negative effect on the mindset of staff. So leaders and employees must develop a collaborative mindset between themselves to overcome the hurdles.

Collaborative Efforts
Collaboration among individuals often gives the best results. So the heads of the organization should always foster collaboration between individuals rather than stressing favoritism. They can create a successful ambiance between workers of a company by changing their competitive mindset. Competition is healthy as long as that aims at improving the entire growth of a workplace. But the unhealthy rivalry between workers in a company formulates negativity and ultimately becomes the failure of the company’s basic structure. The culture of a company is dependent on the core values of the policymakers. So the accomplishments of the team members matter a lot. Individual achievement is less important than the success won by a team.

Fostering Discussion
Open discussion and healthy communication between workers help a lot to attain the desired outcome. The leaders need to share open- feedback to encourage the staff without critiquing them.
Avoiding Rivalry Between Female Workers
Nowadays females are also getting equal job opportunities to their male counterparts. So collaboration and cooperation between themselves are needed to derive productive goals at the end. A company must ensure the safety and security of its female staff as a common goal. The female workers of a unit should also demand and pursue their objectives for a shared purpose. To secure their interests and rights, they should keep their unity intact. For holding their dignity upright and raising awareness against any kind of unjust against an individual worker, all women workers should work as a team.
Hence the culture of a unit depends on the fearless atmosphere and the building of mutual trust between staff. Without trust and understanding in a unit, it is difficult to expect productivity in a company. Lack of cooperation between a leader and staff leads to unnecessary conflicts in a factory that results in negative outcomes in the end.

Conclusion
A single person can not be a source of production in a unit. For the gross production of an entire company, all staff should rise above the limitations of a self-centered attitude towards a common purpose. Training should be implemented by the company to learn teamwork instead of fostering individual interests. So through rewarding the team, the leaders can create a work culture of inclusion and collective consciousness. There should be an equilibrium between team members and leaders for the smooth functioning of an organization. An organization can function easily by avoiding competition and adopting collaboration between workers. It can create a successful workplace for the team members and leaders as well.
