The disaster relief fund 2023, which will be used for relief and recovery efforts in catastrophe-stricken Himachal Pradesh, has received a contribution of Rs 5 crore from the government of Odisha.
Sukhvinder Sukhu, the chief minister of Himachal, thanked Naveen Patnaik, the equivalent from the state of Odisha, for the gesture on Wednesday.
Sukhu urged the public to generously donate to the disaster relief fund in a message, saying that doing so in a time of need would help those who were impacted by disasters.
