Aayush Sanganaria’ journey in Odisha began in 2010, completing over 100 projects in Bhubaneswar by 2020. In January 2021, he embarked on a new voyage with Soil to Sky Projects. The meteoric rise of Soil to Sky Projects is evident from its extensive portfolio, spanning 26 sites and projects covering 75 lac square feet over the next three years. Aayush proudly asserts, “Our presence is felt across three states, with Odisha being our stronghold, accounting for 75% of our revenue. We’ve had the privilege to collaborate with esteemed names like Falcon Real Estate, Utkal Developers, Shri Jagannath Promoters and Builders, Khushi Realcon, and KIIT University, to name a few.”
The separation from his previous venture was a pivotal moment for Aayush, marking the inception of Soil to Sky Projects. “I was confident in my ability to establish a successful venture. Having been deeply involved in the execution process in my previous role, I harbored the conviction that clients would entrust me with their projects,” Aayush affirms. His foresight paid off, with the company witnessing exponential growth, achieving a turnover of ₹ 120 crores within just three years of existence.
When quizzed about the secret behind Soil to Sky Projects’ success, Aayush attributes it to staying grounded and fostering strong connections with laborers, staff, and engineers. “We run the company from the site, not the office,” he emphasizes. “This hands-on approach, coupled with the values instilled by my father – trust, honesty, and integrity – forms the bedrock of our operations.”
Despite the accolades and opportunities, Aayush remains resolute about his regional focus instead of becoming a national player. “I envision Soil to Sky Projects consolidating its presence in eastern India, particularly in Odisha, which is on the brink of a development surge,” he asserts. This steadfast approach aligns with Aayush’s belief in leveraging the company’s strengths for sustained growth.
In addressing sustainability concerns in the construction industry, Aayush offers pragmatic insights. “While sustainability and green building practices are laudable goals, they often remain a jargon in our industry,” “Construction is inherently polluting,” Aayush admits. Acknowledging the inherent challenges of construction-related pollution, Aayush advocates for pragmatic solutions and streamlined regulations to mitigate environmental impact.

His wife Yutika, an engineer, handles the entire accounts of the company. She is the backbone of all operations and finance.
