Witnessing firsthand the inefficiencies and challenges faced by distributors in managing payments and inventory, Bikash recognized the need for a modern solution that leveraged mobile technology and cloud-based platforms with ease of doing.
“We started with the vision of building a distribution solution,” Bikash explains. “But as we delved deeper into the needs of businesses, we realized the potential to offer a comprehensive retailing and distribution platform, integrated with GST accounting and billing. We have implemented AI and IoT technologies in billing and accounting processes, resulting in a twofold increase in business growth and a significant reduction in operational costs of up to 60%”
