Under the Single Window Clearance Committee (SWCC), the Odisha government has authorized 102 micro, small, and medium-sized business proposals for the establishment of businesses in different districts of the state during the fiscal year 2024–2025 (April 1, 2024 to November 18, 2024). Odisha’s Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Minister Gokulananda Mallik said the Assembly on Wednesday that the aforementioned initiatives had the potential to generate Rs 861.66 crore in investment and 560 jobs.

In response to a query from Pabitra Saunta, the minister stated that the government’s unique policies, projects, and collaboration will be presented to investors at the next Make in Odisha Conclave. Odisha will be marketed as a top investment destination based on the outcomes of the last Make in Odisha Conclave. There is no information on the capitalists’ lack of collaboration in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Department of Odisha,” he continued.
