However, it was his move to Japan that would truly define the next chapter of his career. As Representative Director and CFO of Mitsubishi Mahindra Agricultural Machinery Co. Ltd., he stepped into a complex joint venture between two industrial powerhouses. Leading financial restructuring efforts in Japan — a market known for its meticulous precision, conservative corporate culture, and unforgiving competitiveness — was no small feat. It demanded more than balance sheets and profit margins; it required cultural fluency, emotional intelligence, and relentless patience. Sudhir’s success in navigating these waters not only bolstered the venture’s stability but also deepened his understanding of leadership in a truly globalized context.
Armed with two decades of cross-sector, cross-continental experience, Sudhir returned to India with a renewed sense of mission — to build organizations that were future-ready, socially responsible, and innovation-driven.
