TPNODL Strengthens Ties With Business Associates & Industries With Key Meets In Odisha

In an effort to improve collaborations and service quality, TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL), a joint venture between Tata Power and the state government in charge of distributing energy in northern Odisha districts, recently held two significant stakeholder engagement events. Over 180 business partners and over 300 associate employees attended the TPNODL’s Business Associate Meet for 2025–26, which was held in Balasore on Thursday. Reiterated safety procedures, legal compliance, moral business practices, high standards of quality, and a strong emphasis on customer-centric operations and service delivery were among the main topics of discussion.

35 business colleagues were recognized as part of the program for their exceptional performance in 2025–2026. Following a street play to increase awareness of safety, an interactive session was held where colleagues freely expressed their opinions and concerns. In order to improve service quality and customer happiness, the panel offered thorough answers and guarantees that strengthened mutual trust and transparency.

Similar to this, more than 80 top industrial organizations came together at the Industrial Consumer Meet in Jajpur with the goal of improving service delivery and HT and EHT consumer involvement. Participants gave TPNODL positive comments on infrastructure improvements and customer-focused innovations, and they praised the company’s work in improving power quality and dependability.

Senior TPNODL executives attended the events, including Gajanan S. Kale, the chief of TPNODL Odisha Distribution Business and CEO; Sunil Kumar Sharma, the CEO of TPADL; Joydeep Roy, the chief of Commercial Services & Business Excellence; Vipin Chauhan, the chief of Contracts & Material Management; and Pradeep Kumar Mohanty, the chief of projects.
