INWEC Announces New Leadership as CA Swati Kejriwal (Convenor) and Suma Devi Dash (Co-Convenor) Take Charge; Vision 2026 – 2028 Unveiled.

Bhubaneswar : The ICC National Women Entrepreneurship Council(INWEC),under the aegis of the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), hosted the Change Over & Installation Ceremony 2026 in Bhubaneswar, marking a significant milestone with the announcement of its new leadership team and the unveiling of its Vision 2026 – 2028. The event was graced byeminent ICC dignitaries including Shri Rajib Sahoo, Chairman, ICC; Mr Dharmaditya Patnaik, Senior Vice Chairman, ICC Odisha State Council; Ms Nilanjana Mukherji, Vice Chairperson, ICC Odisha State Council; and Mr J P Pal, Joint Director & Regional Head, ICC Odisha.In their addresses, they highlighted the growing role of women entrepreneurs in driving inclusive economic growth and acknowledged INWEC’s contribution as a dynamic platform for women-led enterprises. The ceremony paid honour to Ms Preeti Pallavi Patnaik, Outgoing Convenor, recognising her pivotal role in building a strong and cohesive network of women entrepreneurs across diverse sectors in Odisha. Ushering in a new chapter, CA Swati Kejriwal, Managing Partner, O.M. Kejriwal and Co., assumed office as Convenor,alongside Ms Suma Devi Dash, Director, Ashwini Group of Hospitals and MD, The Bombai Cafe & Josepp’s, taking on the role of Co-Convenor. Under their leadership, INWEC aims to further strengthen its impact with a sharper focus on growth, collaboration and leadership development. Sharing her vision,CA Swati Kejriwal stated, “Our focus is to move beyond networking to real growth – where women entrepreneurs are not just participants but leaders, decision-makers and value creators. INWEC will act as a catalyst to enable scale, access and influence, ensuring every member has the opportunity to grow sustainably and lead with confidence.” The unveiling of the Vision 2026–2028 marks a defining milestone in INWEC’s journey, reinforcing its commitment to building a resilient, collaborative and influential community of women entrepreneurs. As INWEC steps into this new phase, it aims to go beyond enabling businesses – to shaping leaders ,strengthening ecosystems and driving meaningful economic impact across Odisha and beyond.
