Announced as a multibillion-dollar investment initiative, the project is envisioned as an integrated industrial ecosystem bringing together advanced manufacturing, green technologies and emerging sectors.
The development is planned across approximately 335 acres, with capacity for around 150 large industrial enterprises and a projected annual sales potential of $6 billion upon completion. Its proposed focus areas include electric and hydrogen vehicles, green hydrogen, green ammonia, semiconductors and electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft.
Complementing this ambition is the proposed Erisha Silicon Valley–Florida aerospace and aviation hub at Keystone Heights Airport. Announced in 2026, the initiative reflects the Group’s interest in aerospace innovation and smart manufacturing, further extending its international footprint.
Together, these initiatives illustrate a strategic model connecting India, the United States and the UAE through industrial collaboration, supply-chain resilience and market diversification.
