Acharya Chandrakishore, a resident of Sikandarpur, has lodged a complaint with the CJM court in Parash on charges of axing religious sentiments. It includes actor Amitabh Bachchan, Kaun Banega Crorepati, a TV quiz show director Arunesh Kumar, Rahul Burma, TV channel chairman Manjit Singh, CEO NP Singh and contestant Bejbada Wilson and actor Anup Soni. The trial is set to begin on December 3. The decision on whether to take the case as a case will be made on December 3.

Acharya Chandrakishore Parshar alleged that the contestants on the show were asked a question related to theology. The questions and answers given in the alternative were controversial. The show makers have tried to hurt hindu sentiments.

On October 30, Amitabh Bachchan, host of the reality show asked a question, “Which scripture did Slips burn on December 25, 1927, according to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar?” It was given four options, including A. Vishnupuran, B. Bhagvat Gita, C. Ruk veda and D. Manusmriti.

Chandrakishore complained that the question was deliberately set on the show to hurt Hindu sentiments.
