Mo Bus services will be introduced in Rourkela, a co-host city for the FIH Men’s Hockey World Cup-2023. The decision was made by the state council of ministers, presided over by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
Regular flight services will begin from Rourkela for the sporting event. Furthermore, Mo Bus services will begin with a fleet of 100 buses. The mega event will be held in five municipalities, and the trophy will be displayed in every district of the state. The world cup will feature 16 teams, with 24 matches taking place in Bhubaneswar and 20 in Rourkela.
