Bollywood’s iconic trio — Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Salman Khan — reunited at the grand Joy Forum 2025 in Riyadh, where they shared stories from their decades-long careers and engaged in playful banter. But a lighthearted moment between Shah Rukh and Aamir sparked a wave of fan reactions online.
During the event, Aamir Khan treated the audience to a rendition of “Oh Re Taal Mile Nadi Ke Jal Mein”, the classic song from the 1968 film Anokhi Raat, starring Sanjeev Kumar. As Aamir sang, Shah Rukh and Salman stood behind him, swaying and mimicking dance moves.
Partway through the performance, Shah Rukh interrupted playfully, saying, “Big round of applause, ladies and gentlemen! His first public performance after learning classical singing — and in Saudi Arabia!” Aamir smiled, shook his head, and stopped singing.
Fans quickly reacted online, suggesting that Aamir wanted to continue. “He wanted to sing for longer,” one user wrote, while another commented, “Aamir looked shocked when Shah Rukh started speaking while he was still singing.” A fan post read, “Did Shah Rukh just cut off Aamir midway?”
Later, during their conversation, Salman Khan praised Shah Rukh for his success as an outsider in the film industry. “Aamir Khan comes from a film background, and so do I. But Shah Rukh doesn’t,” Salman said. Shah Rukh quipped, “Sorry for interrupting, I also come from a film background — Salman Khan’s family is my family.” Aamir responded with a laugh, saying, “Now you know why Shah Rukh Khan is a star.”
The three superstars, who have ruled Hindi cinema for over three decades, delighted fans with their rare joint appearance, marking yet another memorable moment of camaraderie between Bollywood’s biggest legends.
