The Maharashtra government has allowed all Religious Places To Open in the state. So the government has issued some guidelines for this. All temples will open on conditionally from November 16. Devotees who go to the temple will have to follow all the rules from the government. Wearing a mask is mandatory and the devotees will have to keep a distance from each other.
The government has also said that social distance should be observed in temples. The army will be monitored to ensure that the temple is not overcrowded. The Maharashtra government has also ordered the reopening of the famous Lord Siddhi Binayak temple.
Authorities of the Siddhi Binayak Temple Trust said Government has issued an order for reopening of Siddhi Binayak Temple. Members of the trust will call a meeting after receiving a copy of the order. Opposition groups called for a boycott of the assembly in Maharashtra. Authorities opposed the protest with all available police forces, special forces and the army. The governor questioned Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
In a letter to Uddhav, the Governer questioned about the issues of Hindutva. The issue then turned political. Even NCP president Sharad Yadav wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi objecting to the governor’s letter.
