At its booth at the India International Trade Fair (IITF), Odisha will present the Jagannath culture, tribal jewelry and ornaments, cottage industry products, millet, ginger, turmeric, Koraput coffee, tourism, sports, and industrialization to visitors from around the world from November 19 to 27. The choice was made during a planning session conducted on Tuesday at the Lok Seva Bhawan in this city and presided over by Development Commissioner Anu Garg.
At the discussion, it was also resolved to take part in the IITF’s food court and introduce the international audience to some of Odisha’s exquisite cuisine. Sanjay Kumar Singh, principal secretary for information and public relations, provided the opening remarks. Saroj Samal, the director of the I& PR Department, gave a PowerPoint presentation on the subject.
The conference was attended by Principal Secretaries, Secretaries, Commissioners, Directors of the Departments of Agriculture, Panchayati Raj, Tourism, Culture, Textiles, MSME, ST & SC, etc., as well as other top authorities from the I& PR Department.
