Canberra: Non-resident Odias in Australia commemorated ORIOZ Sports Fest 2022 in Canberra with much glory and excitement. Large numbers of Aussie Odias assembled from all states of Australia at the carnival arenas to witness and partake in the celebration highlighting both perfection in sports and the aroma of lively Odia culture.
The first-ever blending of sports and culture on such a large scale, hosted for the first time by the Odias Association in Australia; ORIOZ INC., elicited an unprecedented response, unusual interest, and exceptional enthusiasm among the participants. The two-day cultural jamboori and sports extravaganza, which was conceptualised by Sambit Das from Queensland and ORIOZ President Dr. Nalini Pati, was intended to ensure physical fitness as well as mental wellness of ORIOZ members in the post-COVID period, and it has gained enormous popularity.
