Prior to the Lok Sabha elections, she claimed that her party’s suggestions regarding seat sharing in the state were “dismissed.”Chief Minister of West Bengal and leader of the Trinamool Congress, Mamata Banerjee, declared on Wednesday that her party will run in all of the state’s constituencies for the Lok Sabha, claiming a significant setback in the seat-sharing negotiations with the Congress, an ally of the INDIA alliance. She said that Congress “dismissed” her party’s seat-sharing ideas right away.
“We haven’t discussed seat sharing with anyone. But Congress had received a proposal from my party, and it was immediately rejected. Banerjee is said to have advised all leaders to get ready to fight the elections on their own and not to consider holding seat-sharing negotiations.a conflict that arose between the Congress and TMC in the run-up to the Lok Sabha elections over seat distribution. Chief of the state Congress and outspoken opponent of the TMC, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, has been criticising Chief Minister Banerjee. The Congress MP referred to The Bengal CM as a “opportunist” on Tuesday and declared that the polls will not be decided by her.
