The Birth anniversary of Revolutionary, freedom fighter, Gadjat Gandhi Sarangdhar Das was celebrated according to the Hindu dates on Kumar Purnima by an initiative of Dhenkanal Concious citizen forum under the Presidentship of Jogendranath Tripathy, trusty of Sarangdhar trust board.
The event was attended by Chairman of Sarangdhar trust board and District Magistrate and Collector of Dhenkanal Saroj Kumar Sethi as the chief Guest. Shri Sethi garlanded the statue of Sarangdhar Das situated near the Balaram temple. The officials and members of Dhenkanal Conscious Citizen forum were also present there including working president Surendra Mishra and general secretary Bharat kumar Das.
