Bjp National Vice President Jay Panda has requested the Indian embassy from Abu Dhabi to bring back the deceased body of an Odia worker who passed away on April 28th. He has also sought diplomatic intervention from the Embassy of India in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in bringing back the body of an Odisha resident who died in Abu Dhabi.
In a letter to the Indian Ambassador, Panda requested the embassy to take necessary steps to facilitate the return of the body of Bibhuti Bhusan Jena. Jena, a native of Nathpur village of Jajpur district, had been working in Abu Dhabi as an electrician at a private company for eight years. He passed away on April 28.
Jena’s family was informed about his demise by one of his colleagues. The bereaved family ran from pillar to post to bring back Jena’s body but to no avail. Later, the family members approached the BJP national vice-president for help.
