Chris Gayle revealed he wished to perform alongside Deepika Padukone in a song and dance routine when he debuted his most recent song, Oh Fatima.Chris Gayle, a cricket player from Jamaica, is promoting his most recent song, Oh Fatima, which he co-wrote with Arko. The multi-hyphenate disclosed the identity of the Bollywood actor he hopes to collaborate with shortly at a music video launch. Chris mentioned that Deepika Padukone was someone he has met and that he would like to dance with on a song. Chris worked with composer-singer Arko Pravo Mukherjee on the song Oh Fatima. Karina Karra, an artist from Uzbekistan, is featured in Rammjii Gulatii’s song video, which is also directed by him. The upbeat tune combines Jamaican and Indian musical styles.
Chris also described how the COVID lockout gave him the motivation to write some music. “It all began during the pandemic when we were all confined to our homes,” he continued. Let’s write a song together, suggested a friend of mine. He unexpectedly showed up at my residence, and we sang together. It captivated me greatly, and the best thing was that Jamaicans accepted it. Then I made another tune, and finally I built up my own studio at home and began working with other musicians. My cricket career had never included any thought that I may try my hand at singing.

The Jamaican player’s league record of six centuries was broken by the former Indian captain. She is rumoured to appear in Shah Rukh’s upcoming film, Jawan, this September.
