CM Naveen Inaugurates Concentrix Customer Experience Center In Bhubaneswar

One of the top professional services companies in the world, Concentrix BPO, was officially opened today by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. This is a prime example of how the ‘Make in Odisha’ conclave meeting, which was conducted to encourage significant capital investment in the state, was successful. A golden age in the development of the state’s information and technology has recently been ushered in by the construction of IBM, Happiest Minds, Deloitte’s “Capability Enhancement Center,” and now the Concentrics BPO Center.

In attendance on this occasion were Tusharkanti Behera, Minister of Electronics and Information Technology, Sports and Youth Welfare, and Home Affairs, Manoj Kumar Mishra, Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, Manas Ranjan Panda, Special Secretary, Department of Electronics and Information Technology, and Arpita Choudhury, Vice Chancellor of Ramadevi University.

The opening of this Custom Experience Center by Concentrix in Bhubaneswar will help the state’s economy grow even faster and give young people access to vital, well-paying jobs. The business is the biggest provider of professional services in the globe and has been running consistently for 17 years. Additionally, Brand Finance named it the strongest and most valuable commercial services brand in the world. The company’s offices across the world, including India, have been recognized as “Best Workplaces.”

In addition to opening a customer experience center at Concentrix Bhubaneswar, a deal for women’s employment and empowerment was also reached with Ramadevi Women’s University, Bhubaneswar. In accordance with this agreement, a “Skill Development Center of Concentrics” will be established on the campus of the university to offer qualified students the required employment and training to advance their professional abilities.

Naveen expressed his satisfaction on this occasion and remarked that the Concentrics Customer Experience Center will be extremely beneficial for the advancement of information and technology in Odisha. He wished Concentrics quick success in its expansion and hoped it would open up more tech-related job prospects for the state’s young people.
