Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated 14 projects which are worth Rs 28 crore in In His Hinjili Assembly Segment, Ganjam district. The inauguration ceremony was held through video conferencing due to the Coronavirus pandemic protocol.
As per the report, the 14 projects which were inaugurated by the CM are- New Bus-stand which is worth Rs 3.21-crore, Netaji Park of Rs 1.63-crore modern hygienic fish, chicken and mutton market worth of 1.13 crore, a recreation center for senior citizens of Rs 40 lakh, vending zone costs Rs 96 lakh, market complex which is worth of Rs 19 lakh, the extension of the office building of the Hinjili municipality which costs Rs 1.02 crore, guest house, two mini Kalyan mandaps of the Hinjili Municipality.
The sub-divisional hospital (indoor) which is worth Rs 16.77 crore along with the e-name hall of the Hinjili Regional Marketing Society (RMC) worth Rs 55 lakh cold storage and market complex of the RMCS Rs 33 lakh and Rs 86 lakh respectively through online was also inaugurated by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
As per the estimation the total cost of all the projects of Housing and Urban Development, Health and Family Welfare, and Cooperative departments, was over Rs 28-crore.
CM Patnaik during the inaugural ceremony said that the development of Odisha along with Hinjili is his government’s priority area. And the work for the center excellence of all 25 high schools in Hinjili block and municipality area is in process and that the work is estimated to be completed by 15th August Independence Day.
