The process of vaccination in India will soon start as people are eagerly waiting for it. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik informed that the state is all ready to take all the procedures for the COVID-19 vaccine and that Odisha is all set with the complete database and logistics.
Through video conferencing, CM Patnaik reviewed the Coronavirus containment and said that India’s vaccination process is expected to be taken over a year. He further advised people to follow the COVID-19 guidelines during that period. People need to be fully aware of everything related to vaccination and COVID guidelines.
As per the information, the COVID containment program in Odisha is going well, and CM is satisfied with the way things are going. Even Odisha has managed to take place among the top states in COVID management, which was also appreciated by NITI Aayog. CM also directed the administrative machinery to remain fully wide-awake to the Coronavirus crisis’s economic challenge.
Apart from the detailed vaccination program, CM will be holding a review meeting with all the collectors and bank authorities regarding the extension of loans to farmers, Mission Shakti, and MSME in addition to the livelihood program on 22nd December. Under no circumstances will there be any carelessness in providing loans to farmers for the livelihood program, and the Union Finance Ministry will be informed of any neglecting banks immediately.
The review meeting was held along with Asit Tripathy, Chief Secretary, who informed that there is an accelerated improvement of Odisha’s Covid situation. All the arrangements for the vaccination are already being made by the State Government with the Central Government’s consultant.
