The JICA Review Mission met with Anu Garg, Development Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Water Resources, to examine the status of the JICA-assisted Rengali Irrigation Project, Phase-II.
Garg discussed the present state of the project’s numerous works and operations during the meeting and emphasized the significance of accelerating spending and advancement. In order to safeguard stakeholders and employees, she also emphasized the necessity of implementing sufficient safety measures throughout construction. OSD-Cum-EIC, Water Resources, and Chief Engineer, JICA, attended the conference and was instrumental in promoting the conversation.
