Through Public-Private Partnership (PPP), diagnostic services such as dialysis, CT scans, and MRIs will be made available in primary and community health centres in all of the State’s districts. The official press release said that the Odisha government has issued a notification stating that the testimonials of doctors and specialists who are to be employed in these facilities will be validated.
Periodically, the service providers that are involved will be observed. In accordance with the agreement, these organizations will hire physicians and specialists in accordance with their credentials. To make sure they are qualified to offer these services, doctors’ and specialists’ qualifications will be checked during the agreement time.
The concerned service providers’ credentials must be confirmed, and within a week, all Chief District Medical & Public Health Officers and State Directors are required to transmit them to the agency. The Department has issued an order requiring physicians and specialists to be physically present in order for the Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer to verify their credentials and testimonies.
