An official press statement states that the State GST progressive collection as of June 24 is Rs. 7000.98 Cr, up from Rs. 5427.10 Cr as of June 23 with a growth rate of 29.00%.
Additionally, Odisha reported collecting Rs 4987.27 Cr in Gross GST (CGST + IGST + OGST + Cess) in June 2024 as opposed to Rs 4379.97 Cr in June 2023, representing a growth rate of 13.87%. With a growth rate of 15.22%, the progressive collection under Gross GST as of June 24 is Rs 15916.31 Cr, compared to Rs 13813.44 Cr as of June 23.

The State economy is doing well, as evidenced by the 22.87 lakh waybills that were generated in June 24 compared to the 18.79 lakh generated in June 23, a gain of 21.71%. 13.81 lakh intra-state waybills and 9.05 lakh inter-state waybills made up the 22.87 lakh e-waybills generated on June 24.
