Keeping in view of the raging Covid-19 pandemic the district administration of Dhenkanal conducted a sanitization drive inside the Collectorate and the main road of the town. The fire-brigade of the town used it’s vehicle for the sanitization process.
The sanitization workers were seen wearing Covid-19 fighting gears like PPE kits and masks in order to fight against the deadly virus. In total Dhenkanal District reported 8418 positive cases as of 15th May, 2021.
Whereas 6649 people have recovered and the District reported 153 fresh positive cases, the active cases stands at 1736 and as of now 33 people have succumbed to this deadly virus as informed by the District Administration.
