Can your brief us about KW Group to your readers?

KW Group is a real estate company that was started to revolutionize the real estate market, and we are happy to contribute at our best. We are committed to raising the bar of quality projects and delivering lifestyle spaces for our customers’ secure future. We were among the few early adopters of eco-friendly construction methodologies in the capital city.

When and how did the idea of making KW came to your mind?

KW Group was incorporated in 1999 by highly-motivated and self-committed individuals with a vision to ‘transform lifestyle”. The company has developed multiple successful residential and commercial projects in the NCR zone. Over the last two decades, KW group has won numerous accolades and awards from various industries, agencies, and state government for quality of construction and timely delivery of projects to customers

Do you always wanted to become an entrepreneur, or was it initiated by seeing someone as a role model?

I guess it was all destined to happen. Moreover, I have always believed that whatever happens, it happens for a good reason. So, stepping in the shoes of an entrepreneur was destined. I can say that I have made the best of this opportunity in terms of self-growth and company at large. As far as a role model is concerned, I have seen the hard work my father and grandfather have put in the business to make it reach where it stands today.

How has been the journey with KW so far?

KW has done very well so far. We have built a loyal customer base over the years. The customer response to all our projects has always been overwhelming and encouraging. Our customers are our true source of inspiration, and we appreciate that they take a keen interest in our work. Every business has its ups and downs; fortunately, ours haven’t lasted to make a major impact. All slowdowns have been learning experiences, and we are glad to have bounced back stronger and better.

What is the USP of KW, which makes it best from the rest?

We deliver what the customer wishes

All our projects are developed and made with great care and after intense market research. Our ethical practices and customer outreach has always been our USP.

How has your organization been hit with the COVID pandemic?

Like everyone else, we have been impacted as well. We had to stop construction work like all others. The festive season is showing a positive turn of events. We are very optimistic that the market will pick up soon, and the last few months would disappear like a bad dream

Now, when everything is getting back to normal, has your business again saw an upward trend?

Yes. The festive season and unlock has helped us immensely. The market is picking up as well as construction work has got permission to resume. Our projects are getting a good response from investors and buyers. We have offered different kinds of facilities to ensure the comfort of our customers. It is important for us that they feel welcomed and comfortable to buy at their financial pace.

According to you, how will the real estate sector set up post-COVID?

The market is already doing things differently – virtual meetings, walkthroughs, and even consultations. Many are even adopting Zoom meeting formats and other online options to close sale deals and show projects.

Any set-off plans for the KW Group shortly?

We are looking forward to the launch of our shopping mall called KW Delhi 6. It is a cultural hub in the Raj Extension area. We will also be launching a jewelry mall, namely, Blue Pearl, which is in the shopping hub of Karol Bagh.

Any tips you want to provide to young entrepreneurs?

Young entrepreneurs are bold and are willing to take risks. It is a great thing that they are willing to try different and new things. They must keep at it and not give up too easily. Every failure is a stepping stone to success.
