A FIR has been file against 203 Congress workers including former Congress President Rahul Gandhi and current General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi.
The FIR was filed at Ecotech Police Station in Greater Noida for infraction of sec 144 of the CrPC that has been imposed in the region considering the Covid pandemic. Sec 332,353, 427,323,354 (b), 147 148 of the Indian Penal Code have been imposed on the accused.
The FIR has named 153 individuals while 50 of the perpetrator are obscure.
As per police statement, more than 200 Congress workers alongside Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra were over and again requested to stop while on their approach to Hathras from Delhi on the Delhi-Noida-Delhi roadway.
