Former Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das Appointed New Governor Of Odisha

Raghubar Das, a former chief minister of Jharkhand, has been named the next governor of Odisha. On Wednesday, the Rashtrapati Bhavan released a statement in this respect. Prof. Ganeshi Lal will be replaced by senior BJP leader Das.

From 2014 until 2019, Das served as Jharkhand’s chief minister. He is the BJP’s national vice president at the moment. He was chosen five times to serve in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly. In a similar vein, the BJP’s longtime Telangana leader Indra Sena Reddy Nallu will succeed him as governor of Tripura.

According to the press release, President Droupadi Murmu is happy to announce the appointments, which will be effective as of the days on which they take over as head of their respective offices.
