What was the most memorable moment for you during the Ms Australasia Pure International 2024 competition?
Ans) When I was announced as Ms. Australasia Pure International, it was truly a moment I’ll cherish forever! Seeing my family and friends beaming with pride made it even more special. The recognition and validation of my hard work and dedication were overwhelming. It was a dream come true, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to represent my community on such a prestigious platform.”
How did it feel to be named the Mrs Galaxy Australia People’s Choice in 2022, knowing you had such strong support from the public?
Ans) “Being named Mrs. Galaxy Australia People’s Choice 2022 was an incredible honor! It felt surreal knowing that so many people believed in me and supported me throughout the journey. The recognition from the public meant everything, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to represent Australia with pride and compassion.”
Could you share a bit about the journey and preparation that went into competing for these prestigious titles?
Ans) Journey and Preparation”Competing wasn’t easy, but it was worth it! The journey involved volunteering for my community, which I loved. I also prepared for interviews, selected outfits for different appearances, and worked on my walk (especially in high heels!). Fundraising for causes close to my heart was another crucial aspect. Organizing my community volunteer work into notes and files helped me stay on track. Through it all, I learned so much about resilience, compassion, and leadership.”
The title of “Most Inspirational Influence” is very powerful. What does being an inspiration to others mean to you personally?
Ans)Being an inspiration to others is a huge responsibility and a privilege. To me, it means being a role model, empowering others to chase their dreams, and spreading positivity. It’s about showing that with hard work, kindness, and resilience, anyone can overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Knowing that my journey might motivate someone else is truly humbling and motivates me to be the best version of myself.”
How do you use your platform and titles to create a positive impact or advocate for causes you are passionate about?
Ans) Creating a Positive Impact”I use my platform to spread positivity, self-love, and empowerment. Through social media, events, and community work, I advocate for causes like [beyond blue, walk for autism , women’s empowerment, or education]. I believe in using my voice to inspire and uplift others, and I’m passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.”
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your modeling career, and how did you overcome it?
Ans )Biggest Challenge”One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced in my modeling career is definitely facing my fears and being comfortable in front of the camera. Like many, I’ve had moments of self-doubt and anxiety about being judged or critiqued. To overcome it, I’ve worked on building my confidence through practice, taking classes, and focusing on self-love. I’ve learned to view challenges as opportunities for growth and to focus on the message I want to convey through my work.”
Who are your role models, both within the industry and outside of it, who have inspired you on your path?
Ans)My mom is my ultimate role model. She’s incredibly strong and resilient, always knowing how to overcome challenges. In the industry, I’m inspired by my friend Tanya Sahoo, whom I met at my first pageant. Her boldness, confidence, and focus on her goals are truly motivating. I’m grateful to have her in my life. I thrive around people who are driven and passionate about their pursuits. They inspire me to stay focused and work towards my own goals.”
What advice would you give to aspiring models who look up to your achievements?
Ans) Advice to Aspiring Models”My advice to aspiring models is to always believe in yourself first. Never give up on your dreams, no matter what challenges you face. Take one step towards your dream, and you’ll be amazed at how things fall into place. Trust that you’ll be guided towards your goals. Stay focused, work hard, and have faith in the journey. Your dreams are worth fighting for, so keep pushing forward!”
Beyond the crowns and sashes, what is something you’ve learned about yourself through the experience of pageantry?
Ans) Beyond the crowns and sashes, I’ve learned to believe in myself and trust my abilities. Pageantry has taught me how to turn my weaknesses into strengths. I’ve discovered my inner resilience, confidence, and determination. It’s amazing how stepping out of my comfort zone has helped me grow as a person. I’ve realized that true beauty lies in embracing my uniqueness and using my experiences to empower others.”
What are your future aspirations and goals, both in your career and in your role as an inspirational figure?
Ans) My future aspirations include inspiring more people through my work and giving back to the community. I aim to use my platform to empower others, promote positivity, and make a meaningful impact. I’m excited to take on new challenges and opportunities that will allow me to grow as an individual and make a difference in the lives of others.”
