State BJP vice-president Golak Mohapatra stated that Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari would visit Odisha for a day on April 19. Gadkari is expected to come in Bhubaneswar and officially launch a number of state-wide national highway projects at Baramunda Ground, Mohapatra told reporters.
“This is a golden era for Odisha, as the central leadership is visiting the state to accelerate development under the double-engine government,” he said.
In order to introduce the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY), Union Health Minister JP Nadda recently traveled to Odisha, Mohapatra noted. He underlined that the overall development of Odisha is a top priority for the national government.
