Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the nationwide Covid 19 vaccination program on January 16. But before the vaccination began, the central government made a big announcement. On Thursday, the central government clarified that the emergency use of the coronavirus vaccine, Covishield and Covaxin, had been approved. The government will not be held responsible for any side effects or other damage to a person’s body after taking the vaccine.
The government has said it will compensate for the damage from Vaccine manufacturer Serum Institute of India and Bharat Biotech. In addition, the company will be liable for any adverse effects through the CDSCO / Drugs and Cosmetics Act / DCGI Policy / Approval with the companies during the purchase of Vaccine. According to the deal with Bharat Biotech, it will have to provide information to the Government on serious cases.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Covid 19 vaccination program at 10.30 am on Saturday, January 16. In the first phase, the government announced that 3 crore Covid warriors would be vaccinated.
