Dikhyaa Mohanty 
The Odisha cadre has been assigned to Animesh Pradhan, who received the All India Rank 2 (AIR 2) in the UPSC Civil Services Examination of 2023. Animesh was born in Talcher, a tiny town, and finished Class 12 at D.A.V. Public School in the M.C.L. Kalinga district. He enrolled at NIT Rourkela and earned a B.Tech in Engineering and Computer Science in 2021. After that, he started working for Indian Oil Corporation (IOC).
Anmesh claims that although his parents encouraged him to enlist in the Civil Services, they are no longer around to celebrate his accomplishment. Animesh has demonstrated that, with the correct perseverance and resolve, “nothing is impossible.” Soon after his results were released, Animesh stated in an interview that he saw many potential in Odisha and that the state was going through an exciting time. His goal is to make sure that the individuals who would benefit from the government’s policies are truly empowered.
