Bhubaneswar: According to India Meteorological Department (IMD) Moderate thunderstorm activity with lightning, gusty winds, hail, and heavy rain are likely in several Odisha districts from Tuesday to Thursday, the regional center of the IMD reveled on Monday.
The weather office has advised people to keep a watch on the weather and take safe shelter during thunderstorm activity to protect from lightning and follow traffic advisories in urban areas.

Light to moderate rain or thunderstorms are very likely to occur at many places in north interior Odisha, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Jajpur, Cuttack, and a few places over the rest of the districts of Odisha.
Day 2 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 19.03.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 20.03.2024)
Light to moderate rain or thunderstorms are very likely in most places in several Odisha districts.
Day 3 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 20.03.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 21.03.2024)
Light to moderate rain or thunderstorms are very likely to occur at most places over the districts of coastal Odisha,
