Mr Mehul Mehta was born and raised in Cuttack, Odisha. He completed his schooling at Marwari High school, after that he pursued his secondary studies at Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. And after completing his studies he joined their family business with his brother Late JANAK MEHTA. As we know covid has changed the way we look at things but, the jewellery industry is one of the few industries that have stayed fluid for decades. Famines, floods, and other natural disasters haven’t had much of an impact since there has always been a demand for jewellery, and artisans and jewellers have always pushed themselves harder to meet that desire. Mr Mehta says not everyone will understand the real value of jewellery, for example, if we take Gold; there have been a lot of notable discussions about gold whether it is real or not, the grams are perfect or not and with that, we have also seen smiths mixing the clone parts. ‘Odisha is growing at a steady speed if we compare it to other states.
