1: Congratulations on your participation in The Australian Author’s Summit! What did this opportunity mean to you personally and professionally?
Ans: Being a part of such an arena gives me immense happiness and pride. Also getting a global recognition is indeed gratifying and cheering. Professionally it gives me stand out – particularly as a Poet and Author, and I really appreciate such a remarkable sphere.
2: In what ways do you believe your voice as a poet represents the cultural and emotional landscape of your region or country?
Ans: I talk about life and lives of our existence. At the same time I believe in helping the needy in the form of my philanthropic work. Being a Poet I believe in no boundaries as I write about living and lives which we all have. Life is so beautiful that it exists even in the molten lava in some form of organism and the urge for living is so beautiful. So I am not bound by region or boundaries. Although I always highlight the beautiful culture and forms of India and Manipur.
3: What’s next for you after this international recognition? Any upcoming projects, publications, or collaborations you’d like to share?
Ans: I am lined up with many future projects. Although have written many articles, anthologies, write ups in varied arenas Nationally and Internationally. I am working on my fourth independent book which will be published in few months time. Apart from many other projects going parallely.
4: You are very closely attached to The Manipuri Culture. Can you tell us about what inspired you towards the Culture the most . Do you have any writeups about the topic?

Ans :Being born in a Meitei Hindu environment, I was raised in Pune within the defence background as I am a product of KV (Kendriya Vidyalaya) where we have students from all over the India. Manipur in the earlier days were not known very much to the other parts of India. Media did not portrayed much about it. It has been a flourishing Kingdom for more than 2-4 thousand years. And while Turks, Mughals, and others were invading India, they could never invade Manipur due to the valant warriors and Monarchs. Only Englishmen could break the Monarch and it’s system with the same theory they have been applying throughout. Thus, I took up the challenge for the world to know about this tiny little state now, which was a marvelous, great and large Kingdom before, with martial art existing even today like “Thang-Ta”.
I have written many writeups about Manipur, its culture, history and the current situation.
5: Are you planning to write any poem addressing the Manipuri Culture.
Ans :I have written many Poems regarding the brave Manipuri warriors, including the warrior princess Chitrangada from the Mahabharata times, and have future plans to work on a book on Manipur.
6: You have been an author for a long time now ? What are the advantages and disadvantages you have faced of being an Author ?

Ans :Writing is my passion and I love writing, I have all benefits and advantages about writing which I love the most. Disadvantage would be time. Everyday I think if I could get few hours extra to spend in my writing tasks.
Love writing, live writing- writing is my soulful passion –
