The Barbati Stadium of Cuttack was to host an international match after a span of more than 2 years. Coincidently the last international match was played against West Indes in December 2019. This time, a T20 international match was also scheduled to be played on Feb 15 was against West Indes. However, in all certain, it seems that the match will now be moved out of Barbati Stadium.

Due to the rise of the COVID virus and India being on a third wave, the BCCI is planning to host all the 6 international fixtures (ODIS and T20s) in Kolkata and Ahmedabad. It is still not decided whether the fixtures will be or without crowds. However, as per the cases, it may be certain that the matches will be played on closed doors without crowds.
West Indes will tour India for 3 ODIS and 3 T20S starting from February 6. The series will end on Feb 20.
