The Indian music producer and composer from Bengaluru received the prize for “Divine Tides” after being nominated in the category of Best Immersive Audio Album. At the live event held at the Crypto.com venue in Los Angeles, USA, the outcome was revealed. In 2022, Kej and Copeland won another Grammy for Best New Age Album for their collaboration on this song. Ricky is only the fourth Indian and youngest person from India to have won a Grammy Award. Despite being nominated, Norah Jones and Anoushka Shankar were unsuccessful in winning.While Anoushka was nominated for Between Us in the Best Global Music Album category and Udhero Na in the Best Global Music Performance category, Norah was nominated for the song I Dream Of Christmas in the Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album category.
