IndiQube, a homegrown, tech-enabled workspace solutions platform, has announced its entry into Bhubaneswar, Odisha, marking its presence in 17 cities across India. This expansion makes Bhubaneswar IndiQube’s second city in East India after Kolkata, strengthening its pan-India footprint and underscoring its focus on building scalable workspaces in emerging markets.
The newly launched centre spans over 45,000 sq. ft. and is located in Patia, Infocity—one of Bhubaneswar’s most prominent IT and commercial hubs. With this addition, IndiQube continues to deepen its reach in high-growth Tier II cities with strong enterprise potential.
Commenting on the expansion, Rishi Das, Co-founder and CEO, IndiQube, said, “East India represents a key growth opportunity for IndiQube, and Bhubaneswar is a natural progression in that journey. The city is at a pivotal stage, evolving into a credible enterprise and technology hub, supported by robust infrastructure, upcoming metro connectivity, and favourable policy initiatives. Our expansion reflects our long-term commitment to the region and our vision to help enterprises scale efficiently beyond traditional metros while accessing emerging talent pools.”
Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder, IndiQube, added, “The growth of Tier II cities like Bhubaneswar reflects a broader Bharat narrative, where talent, ambition, and enterprise expansion are increasingly decentralised. As organisations reassess their workspace strategies amid shifting talent migration patterns, our presence in emerging cities will be instrumental in enabling ease of doing business, driving productivity, and delivering a consistent employee experience.”
The expansion follows IndiQube’s Q2 FY26 performance announcement. For the September quarter, the company reported total income of ₹367 crore under Ind AS and ₹360 crore under IGAAP equivalent, with revenue from operations at ₹354 crore under IGAAP equivalent. IndiQube recorded a profit after tax of ₹28 crore under IGAAP-equivalent reporting, compared to an Ind AS loss of ₹30 crore during the quarter.
Recently, BlackRock Services India, the India arm of BlackRock, signed a 10-year lease for 143,127 sq. ft. at IndiQube Symphony on MG Road, located in Bengaluru’s central business district.
