According to BJP’s Dilip Ghosh, rapists and goons are shielded by the TMC’s banner and were only apprehended in response to pressure from the media and opposition.Legislator for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in West Bengal, Dilip Ghosh, attacked the ruling Trinamool Congress and chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Sunday, saying they were ruining the state. Additionally, he made the contentious claim that it would only take “two minutes for Prime Minister Narendra Modi to settle all the unrest in Bengal” if he could resolve the Kashmir dispute.
Dilip Ghosh attacked the TMC government for failing to act quickly to arrest party chief and prime suspect Sheikh Shahjahan, citing the turmoil in Sandeshkhali and the fact that rapists and goons are protected under the party’s banner and were only apprehended in response to pressure from the media and opposition.
