Ace para-athlete from Odisha, Jayanti Behera, has been awarded the Best Woman para-athlete of the 20th National Para Athletics Championship. She won three gold medals at the Championship that was held in Bhubaneswar from March 28 to 31.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik wished Behera for her achievement. “Congratulate para-athlete from #Odisha, Jayanti Behera on winning the award of Best Woman para-athlete of the 20th National Para Athletics Championship held in #Bhubaneswar, after clinching 3 gold medals in #ParaNationals2022. Wish her best for future,” he tweeted.
