Governor Ganeshi Lal and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik extended their greetings on the occasion of Odisha Dibasa or Utkala Dibasa. On this occasion, the Governor asked all to remember the great leaders who played a leading role in the formation of the Odisha state and to further enrich the arts, culture, heritage, and unique traditions of Odisha.
He tweeted- #ଓଡ଼ିଶାଦିବସ ଅବସରରେ ମାନ୍ୟବର ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ହାର୍ଦ୍ଦିକ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି। ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଉତ୍କଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଗଠନରେ ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ଭୂମିକା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିବା ମହାନ ଜନନାୟକମାନଙ୍କ ସ୍ମୃତିଚାରଣ କରିବା ସହ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର କଳା, ସଂସ୍କୃତି, ଐତିହ୍ୟ ଓ ଅନନ୍ୟ ପରମ୍ପରାକୁ ଆହୁରି ସମୃଦ୍ଧ କରିବାକୁ ସେ ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik also paid his respects to the great leaders and asked all to continue to strengthen the joint efforts for the prosperity of Odisha while maintaining the self-esteem of the Odia nation.
“ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଦିବସରେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ହାର୍ଦ୍ଦିକ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଓ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା। ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଗଠନର ବରେଣ୍ୟ ସାଧକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ମୋର ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ଜଣାଉଛି। ଆସନ୍ତୁ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଜାତିର ସ୍ଵାଭିମାନକୁ ବଜାୟ ରଖିବା ସହ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସମୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ ଆମର ମିଳିତ ଉଦ୍ୟମକୁ ଆହୁରି ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ କରିବା। ବନ୍ଦେ ଉତ୍କଳ ଜନନୀ। ” CM tweeted.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also wished and tweeted “On the special occasion of Utkala Dibasa, best wishes to the people of Odisha. Odia people are making landmark contributions to India’s progress and Odia culture is globally admired. I pray for Odisha’s development in the times to come.”
